A wedding day is the candid glimpse of a beautiful bride-to-be, sitting upstairs in the calm morning light looking to the hours ahead. It’s the unspoken emotions of a proud, beaming father as he takes those symbolic steps with his daughter down the carpeted aisle. It’s the laughter and stories coming from the room down the hall from the smiling groom and his most loyal friends. It’s the ring that slowly slides on her finger.

Wedding photography may be as simple as pointing a camera and clicking a shutter. Yet, it is as complex as the beauty and love it encompasses. The story that unfolds, the journey it travels, the moments it captures: candid, natural, and beautiful.

ABOUT ME:

I see the world as a beautiful and magical place. I love the summertime, picnics with friends, rowboats, gazing up at plump white clouds, ice skating, french fries, the sunlight that streams through windows in the morning and the blue light that cloaks the city right before sunset. I'm happily married, born and raised in Hawaii, and currently live in Los Angeles, California. I try to shoot each wedding with a natural, photojournalistic approach, and be there from beginning to end, to capture your full day's story.
